Classic
Clearly defined phases and fixed milestones - suitable when scope and framework are set early.
Our Approach
Software projects need technical skill and a shared understanding. We make goals, open questions and next steps visible so that you can decide on a solid basis.
The project path Five steps
The scope depends on your task. A clearly defined analysis can be just as sensible as the development and support of a complete application.
Discuss your taskWe clarify functional goals, existing applications, stakeholders and constraints. Result: a shared description of the task.
We examine existing materials and technical relationships. Result: documented options, risks and open points.
We define increments, acceptance criteria and the way of working. Result: an agreed scope of work with comprehensible effort planning.
We develop step by step, gather feedback and check functional behaviour and technical quality. Result: comprehensible, verifiable interim states.
We hand over agreed documentation and knowledge. Operation, maintenance and further development can be agreed to suit your needs.
Methodology How we work
We are experienced in all common process models and choose the model that fits your project, your organisation and your constraints. Whether a single phase or the full package across the entire lifecycle - we adapt individually to your needs and bring in our experience from projects for public authorities, mid-sized companies and corporations. We work on a project basis, at operational, tactical and strategic level - where desired in cooperation with staffing service providers, but generally without temporary agency work (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung).
Clearly defined phases and fixed milestones - suitable when scope and framework are set early.
Short cycles, continuous feedback and flexible prioritisation - suitable when requirements evolve.
The best of both: reliable framework planning with agile delivery within the individual work packages.
Collaboration What matters to us
Functional and technical questions are considered together. Decisions and changes are recorded comprehensibly.
We name unknown dependencies and the limits of analysis. Uncertainties feed into planning and prioritisation.
Checks are oriented towards the actual risks and requirements. Maintainability and knowledge transfer are considered from the start.
Next step Let's talk
A new idea, a system that has grown over time or a specific technical question - tell us about it.
