Supplier Management: supplier@monitor
Recognising, using and optimising added value potential in supplier relations, …
… that is why we regularly and methodically measure the status of your supplier relations.

The direct feedback of your employees and your suppliers sheds light upon the current status of the business relations and informs you about the real and future improvement and added value potential.

The supplier@monitor supplies both the current status of the supplier relation (factual performance figures, actual / target) as well as information on the subjective perception of your staff (purchasing, specialist departments etc.) and compares these with the supplier’s view on things.

We give the answers to the central questions in the supplier relations:
How well does the supplier fulfil our requirements regarding his company (actual / target)?(e.g. quality, logistics, innovation, flexibility, price)
How satisfied are we with the supplier? (specialist departments, purchasing etc.)
Do the products and services of the supplier suit (also in the future) our processes and targets?
How does the customer view our business relationship? (cooperation, processes, commitment, innovation)
Where can the optimisation and added value potential be found?

All aspects of the supplier evaluation in one integrated, comprehensive solution

The supplier evaluation process can be fully mapped as well as realised in an automated manner using the supplier@monitor. The individual modules allow performance figures from other IT systems (e.g. customer complaint rates) to be read in as well as implementing the internal supplier surveys and the 360° surveys. The overall view gives the supplier evaluation. The reporting occurs target group exact and overlaps all of the models.

Quick and clear reporting for the specialist departments, the purchasing department and management
With our generic data model qp@data the results can not only be attributed to one supplier / organisational unit, but also changes within one organisational structure can be implemented without any problem at all (even in hindsight).

Implementation:
Usually we implement the supplier@monitor together with the specialist department whereby, after the content adjustment of the survey catalogue and the reporting concept, an integrated workflow solution is implemented that permanently collects data and reports as a type of “perpetuum mobile”.

The cooperation with your internal IT department is limited to the provision of an interface for the transfer of parameters and therefore is kept at a minimum.
